Our rates include:
- personal greeting by the owner or his representative
- all charges for the apartment

Tourist tax extra: 0,99 €/day/person
Security deposit: 600 € by bank transfer (no check accepted)
Business rates on request: additional services, end of the month billing
Services:
Cleaning during stay: 40 €

Rental conditions

The reservation becomes effective once the tenant has paid the deposit.
The balance of the lease will be paid on arrival.
Security deposit
Upon arrival, the tenant must pay a security deposit plus the balance of the rent. This amount will be reimbursed within a maximum period of 15 days after the departure of the tenant, less any deductions for missing items, damage or any amount owed by the tenant.
Condition of premises
An inventory of furniture and various equipment will be established at the beginning and the end of the stay.
Insurance
The tenant is required to insure the apartment rented. He must then check if his insurance policy for his main accomodation covers temporary housing.
